Bubbles are often found in tempered glass. Where does it come from and what factors are related to it? The interaction between gas and glass solution, and the physical and chemical properties of glass solution have certain interference on the process of bubble formation or disappearance.


Temperature: The temperature of the glass directly interferes with the viscosity of the glass solution, the tension of the surface layer and the dissolution of gas in the glass solution. Time: If the disappearance time of bubbles is not enough, then the final bubbles will be left in the tempered glass cover to form bubbles.


Redox: There are many vertical longitudinal temperature distribution curves in glass making, which make the glass liquid form two large circular convection. The melting rate, the fluctuation of discharge, the distribution of fuel, the organization of combustion flame, the redox state of glass and other factors will significantly affect the temperature level and temperature stability in hot spots.
